Concealed Carry Law – Risk Management Issues

Ohio’s new concealed carry law took effect April 8, 2004. This law presents several risk management issues which were discussed at the CORSA Renewal Meeting. Several members asked that we advise them on these issues and provide a sample sign and a model policy, which we have done in consultation with CCAO and the Buckeye State Sheriff’s Association.
