 Instructions for Accessing CORSA Law Enforcement On-Line Training Minimize
Law On-Line Training
1. Click on the “Register” link in the upper right hand corner of the webpage. Complete all requested items. It may take up to 24 hours for your registration.

2. When your account is activated you will see the Sheriff link under the “Site Navigation” box on the left side of the page.

3. Click the Sheriff link then the “CORSA Law Enforcement On-Line Training” link. This will take you to a separate website where the Law Enforcement On-line Training is located.

4. Once on the CORSA/PATC website you will need a new and separate registration. Click the “Create New Account” button and complete all requested items.

5. Once completed, you can log-in to the training website.

6. Log-in to the website and you will be taken to a page that shows 2 headings- “For Our Guests and New Students” and “Constitutional Guide for Legal Updates”.

7. The "For Our Guest/Student" page provides basic information through 3 links- “Navigation of Home Page”, “Activity Screen” and “FAQ”.

8. The "Constitutional Guide" page takes you to the actual training.

9. You can click on the course category at the top left corner of the page and this will take you to that particular category and the course topic(s) included.

10. Select the topic you wish to view and once you have completed viewing you will be instructed to click on a red box located at the top of the screen. This will verify you have taken the training on that video and will preserve it in your file.

11. Once you have completed all topics in a particular category you may click on the “print certificate” box and your certificate will be printed.

12. You can add a Bookmark (Internet Favorites) to the CORSA/PATC page for easy future access.

Please be aware that you cannot register on this website to access CORSA university classes.  There are no courses located on the main CORSA website (www.corsa.org) All CORSA training courses are found at corsauniversity.claritynet.com.

CORSA University
CORSA is very pleased to announce the opening of our latest risk management service expressly developed for our members - CORSA UniversityCORSA University brings the power of new technology to make proactive risk management training available in a very user friendly method at no cost to CORSA members.  The training available ranges from Defensive Driver and Supervisory Skills training to Accident Investigation and many others!  Employees of members will be able to take the training coursework when time allows, at their own pace, and anywhere a computer with an internet connection exists.

The available courses have been developed expressly for computer based training, are of the highest quality and created by one of the industries premier risk management/safety training providers, Coastal Training Technologies Corp., and provided to members via the CORSA University/ClarityNet website.

The areas marked with an asterisk (*) must be completed to register, but we encourage you to complete as much of the form as possible. Next,click on the word Register at the bottom of the form. Your registration will be sent to CORSA and based on your position with the county you will be given access to certain password protected areas. You will receive an email within twenty-four (24) hours telling you that access is activated.
